Thank you so very, very much Lakeland for bringing us this product. Being intollerant to yeast as well as wheat has meant I been unable to have any bread for a few years now. I made the "special white" yesterday and can't recommend it highly enough. At last I can have a proper sandwich and not just sit and watch others eating. Thank you again.

In common with the other reviewer of this product, I too am intolerant to wheat and yeast. This product is very good. Soft white and multigrain bread that is easy to prepare. Although shop bought gluten free breads have improved, this stays soft and has a pleasant texture that does not dry and crumble. As it is also yeast free, I can have more than 2 slices a week. It keeps well for about 3 days out of the fridge. I usually keep half in the fridge. The mix is quite heavy if you are doing it by hand (about 2.5mins of stirring). Give it a try - it's good!

I tried this mix for the first time recently and it really does live up to expectations. It's easy to make and is so much better than the ready baked ones in the supermarkets. My daughter loved it. Give it a try.
