Step by step
Strawberry cake pops
What you need
- Cake pops on sticks
- 1 pack red Candy Melts (available from cake decorating suppliers)
- 1 pack green icing
- 1 tablespoon royal icing, piping bag and fine nozzle
- Daisy flower cutter
Step
one
Melt the red candy melts in the microwave and dip the cake pops in one at a time. Tap the stick repeatedly on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate and stand the cake pop in a polystyrene block to set.

two
Roll out the green icing and use a daisy flower cutter to make the 'leaves'. Secure on top of the cake pop with a blob of candy melts.
Step
three
Finish by piping on the royal icing 'pips'.
