The only condition we place on the use of this website - whether you buy, browse, find out about our stores or just keep up to date with what's happening in the world of creative kitchenware - is that you enjoy it!

A few important details that you should know.

When you place an order on our website, your order is an offer to buy the goods in your basket. A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we despatch your ordered items.

We may be unable to accept your order if: (a) the goods are out of stock; (b) we identify an obvious pricing or product description error; (c) your payment is not authorised or is later refused; (d) we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method; (e) you do not meet any eligibility requirement; or (f) we cannot deliver to the address you provided. Any eligibility requirements or delivery restrictions will be made clear prior to order acceptance.

If we can accept only part of your order, we will tell you which items we can supply. We will not charge you for items we do not accept, or we will refund those items if payment has already been taken. If partial acceptance affects delivery charges, discounts or promotions, we will explain this before dispatch or give you the opportunity to cancel the remaining items.

If there are any problems with an order, you'll be contacted by one of our Customer Services Advisors.

We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and summarising the items you have ordered. This acknowledgement email does not mean that we have accepted your order and does not confirm that a contract has been formed. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the goods or send you a dispatch confirmation email. That email will confirm the contract between us and will include or provide the relevant order details and terms applicable to your purchase.

We take payment when you place your order. Taking payment does not mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods or send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we do not accept your order, we will notify you and initiate a refund of any payment taken within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.

If you change your mind about an order and want to cancel it, it is not a problem. Normally your rights mean you can cancel anytime up to 14 days after receiving your order and you would have a further 14 days to return the order, but at Lakeland our guarantee means you can cancel or return items for up to 3 years after ordering for a refund or replacement - just make sure you have your receipt or emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Please note, orders are normally processed immediately after they've been placed, so we may have already packed your order and made arrangements for it to be sent when you cancel it. If this is the case then we can't always stop the order from being delivered: once you receive the order, just return it to us free of charge.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If your goods are faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Within the first 30 days, you have a "short-term right to reject" for a full refund. After 30 days, we are entitled to an opportunity to repair or replace the item before a refund is issued.

The delivery options, costs, restrictions and estimated delivery times available for your order will be shown before you place your order and confirmed in your dispatch confirmation email. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and in any event within 30 days after the contract between us is formed. Limitation of liability: Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude. Subject to this, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

Nothing in these terms and conditions seeks to exclude or limit your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your log in details are exclusive to you, are non-transferable, and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your log in details, or become aware of any misuse, you should contact us.

Products
To ensure fair access for all our customers, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of a particular item that each customer can buy - just to make sure there's enough to go around.

Price Matching
We reserve the right to amend and update our terms and conditions from time to time, including the right to exclude certain branded products. We'll only ever make these changes when we feel it's necessary though.

myLakeland Vouchers
myLakeland vouchers are redeemable in store, online, or by phone. Can only be used on full priced products. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or offer that gives you money off your total purchase. Cannot be used on price matched or ex display models. Cannot be used to purchase the Cuisinart 3-in-1 BBQ, Grill and Pizza Oven, gas cylinder refills or Alfa Forni, Everdure, Witt & Gozney products. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase a Lakeland gift card or e-voucher. Voucher can only be used once. Only one voucher or discount code can be used per transaction.   • Entries will be accepted only through the Lakeland website, whilst completing our store survey.
  • Only one entry per person, per month will be allowed.
  • By the 14th day of the following month, five winners will be drawn at random from all the entries received during the month and notified by email, phone or post.

Social Prize Draws
Social prize draws are competitions and giveaways held across our social media platforms. Before entering please read the following Terms and Conditions:

  • The prize draws are open to residents, over the age of 18 in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man excluding Lakeland employees, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  • To be entered you must follow and complete the instructions provided by Lakeland Ltd on the prize draw post by the date stated.
  • Third party, electronic and bulk entries will not be accepted.
  • Competitions may run across multiple of our social media pages.
  • Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable, and cannot be changed in any way or substituted for a cash alternative.
  • Winners will be selected by Lakeland Ltd and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners will be contacted by the platform on which the prize draw was held. Lakeland Ltd will make two attempts to inform the winners and failure to reply and provide a UK postal address by 7 days will forfeit the entry and a new winner will be selected.
