Overseas delivery
A guide for orders being despatched to addresses outside mainland Great Britain
The postage and documentation charges for each destination are shown on the table below.
Please note: some countries may charge import duty or tax on the goods which is payable by the customer (this is normally Non EU addresses).
| Channel Islands* | Orders of £30 and over: FREE Orders up to £30: £4.25 VAT on products is deducted during checkout. |
| Eire | Orders of £100 and over: FREE Orders up to £100: £6.00 |
| EU** | All orders: £7.50 |
| Rest of the world** | Orders up to £20: £25.00 Orders over £20: £25.00 plus an extra £3 for every £5 of products. VAT on products is deducted during checkout. |
| FCO*** | Orders of £30 and over: FREE Orders up to £30: £4.25 VAT on products is deducted during checkout. |
A signature is required when parcels are delivered. A contact telephone number must also be provided.
*Our express delivery service is not available to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and some remote areas of the Scottish Highlands and parts of Northern Ireland.
**Our international couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box or equivalent e.g. Apartado in Spanish speaking territories.
***Our express delivery service is not available to FCO customers and we are not permitted to send the following items, or items containing, glass, porcelain, knives, scissors, foods or extra large items due to FCO regulations and restrictions.
