Deliveries by Evri

We're encouraging all of our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries. Your Tracking link can be found in your order despatch email confirmation, choose 'divert' and select a safe place. This can also be done in the MyPlaces settings on the free app or online web booker tool. You can get the app by searching 'Evri Parcels' in your app store.

If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, we'll leave it there - even if there's someone in the property. We'll take a photo, which will be included in the delivery notification email.

If no safe place is available, we'll knock on the door and step back. When you answer we will ask for your name to ensure a safe delivery, but we won't ask you to sign using a handheld device. If there is no answer, we'll re-attempt delivery on a different day.

Click & Collect

When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout. Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, we will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect. We will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store. We will keep your order in store for 4 days, if you're unable to collect it within this time frame please contact the store. When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card used, and a form of ID.

As we are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.

Evri ParcelShop

For added convenience, we can deliver your order to your local ParcelShop. To take advantage of this, simply select the 'ParcelShop' option on the 'your basket' page.

If you have chosen to provide us with a mobile telephone number and that number is listed in the 'mobile' field then you should receive an SMS text message from Evri once your shopping has arrived at your chosen ParcelShop. Where a mobile telephone number has not been listed in the 'mobile' field, your order despatch email will include a link you can use to track your parcels progress.

When collecting your order from the ParcelShop - please remember to take along one of the following forms of ID:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Foreign ID card
  • Passport
  • Photo driving licence
  • Photo ID card
  • UK driving licence

ParcelShop will hold your parcel for ten days from the date it arrives at your chosen ParcelShop - if you do not collect your order within ten days, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of your parcel we will either issue you with a refund or contact you to discuss whether you would like the parcel to bedespatched again.

If you are in any doubt about your ParcelShops opening times etc, we highly recommend you contact them prior to making a special journey to collect your shopping.

Overnight delivery

Delivery time: We're unable to specify a time for overnight deliveries, delivery will take place anytime up to 9pm.

Not all areas can receive overnight delivery, we will show you the delivery services available in your area during checkout once you have entered your delivery address details.

Overseas delivery

We're often asked if we deliver outside the UK. In fact, we deliver almost everywhere and we've set out the essential facts in the table at the top of this page. All our products comply with GB legislation.

Please check the delivery details page during checkout for latest delivery times.

All charges are per delivery address; we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

*Our express delivery service is not available to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and some remote areas of the Scottish Highlands and parts of Northern Ireland.

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a tax on sales of goods and services in Jersey. GST is charged at 5% on the majority of goods and services supplied in Jersey for local use, including imports. You'll know if you have been charged GST from your invoice or receipt.
How GST is collected on goods you buy online or overseas and have delivered into Jersey
If the business is (you purchase from) registered for GST, it will be charged at the checkout.
If the business is not registered for GST it is collected on goods worth £60 or more (including VAT, customs duties, excise duties and any freight costs). To release the goods, you must declare the value and pay any GST owed.
Deadline to pay GST on imports - You have 3 days from when the goods arrive in Jersey. If you do not pay within 3 days it's likely to take longer to clear your goods through Customs.

Need assistance with calculation of import and export duties?
The European commission has an easy to use online tool which will help calculating these costs for both non EU and EU member states.

We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.

Order tracking and history

If you've placed an order via our website as a registered customer, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to your account and click on 'view order history'.

Returns

We want you to enjoy shopping at Lakeland, which is why, in addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 3-year guarantee on every product, so you can shop with complete confidence.

It means if you buy anything from us and you're not 100% satisfied, or if you decide it's not for you after all, you have plenty of time to return it for a full refund or replacement.

The most environmentally friendly way to return a product is by popping into one of our stores. Just bring along your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase, and one of our colleagues will be happy to help. If you're hoping to exchange a product, we advise calling your local store before you visit, so we can check if the item is available for you.

Or, if your order was delivered by Evri, and you're not able to get to your local Lakeland store, you can arrange a free return (subject to size restrictions) by clicking here. They will collect your parcel on a specific day (Mon-Sat), or you can drop your parcel off at your local Evri ParcelShop. Please note: you'll need to print a returns label for all Evri returns.

If your order was delivered by any other courier please contact us on 015394 88100 and we'd be delighted to arrange a collection for you.

Returns to store and via your delivery courier are free of charge. If you choose to return via an alternative courier or Royal Mail, we're unable to cover delivery and postage fees and will be unable to track your return.
