Click & Collect
When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout.
Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, we will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect.
We will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store.
We can also keep you updated by text message direct to your mobile.
We will keep your order in store for 4 days, if you're unable to collect it within this time frame please contact the store.
When collecting your order, you will need your order number and we will request confirmation of your home address as proof of identity.
As we are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.
Delivery time: We're unable to specify a time for express deliveries, delivery will take place anytime up to 9pm.

**SUNDAY EXPRESS DELIVERY
Delivery time: The delivery will take place between 9am to 7pm on Sunday. If the delivery fails for any reason we will try again on Monday. On rare occasions where a Sunday delivery fails, the parcel may have to be re-delivered on a Tuesday.
We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to your account and click on 'view order history'.
If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss, no time limit and with free return postage. It's all part of the Lakeland guarantee
