Click & Collect

When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout. Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, we will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect. We will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store. We can also keep you updated by text message direct to your mobile.

We will keep your order in store for 4 days, if you're unable to collect it within this time frame please contact the store.

When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card used, and a form of ID.

As we are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.

*Express delivery

Delivery time: We're unable to specify a time for express deliveries, delivery will take place anytime up to 9pm.

Not all areas can receive Express delivery, we will show you the delivery services available in your area during checkout once you have entered your delivery address details.

Free Flowers Express delivery

Please note: flowers will arrive separately from other items ordered.

Overseas delivery

We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to your account and click on 'view order history'.
