Click & Collect
When you place an eligible order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout. Available from most Lakeland stores in the UK, we will suggest your nearest store(s), or you can select an alternative if you prefer, and deliver your order to your chosen store ready for you to collect. We will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store. We can also keep you updated by text message direct to your mobile. When collecting your order, you will need your order number and we will request confirmation of your home address as proof of identity.
As we are unable to split orders between Click & Collect and Home Delivery, only complete orders where all items are eligible for the service can be delivered to store for collection.
Express delivery
Delivery time: We're unable to specify a time for express deliveries, delivery can take place anytime between 8am and 9pm.
Signed for: All Express delivery parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands of Scotland: Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
Overseas delivery
We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.

Order tracking and history
If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to your account and click on 'view order history'.
Returns
If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss, no time limit and with free return postage. It's all part of the Lakeland guarantee
To do this, it would be really helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on 015394 88100 first, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
