Because of the size of some of the items we sell, some deliveries will be sent using a large delivery service. If you buy various products, they may be delivered separately.
We anticipate more stock coming later in the year. You don't have to contact us to check stock, instead check out the product pages for the next availability. If you have previously placed an order and havent received it yet, don't worry we will be in touch to let you know when it's on its way.

We receive many charity requests every day, therefore we try to focus our assistance on local charities and events in the Kendal and Windermere areas and a few larger charities such as Children in Need. If you feel that your charitable request meets this criteria, please visit your local store or send us your request by post, marked for the attention of the People and Business Support Team, this should be accompanied by a letter on headed paper showing full details of the organisation and registered charity number if applicable.
