Very cute

I bought the pink hearts to use in valentines chocolates. The sprinkles themselves are very cute, and will surely go a long way. However, they were far too light to remain on the bottom of the chocolate mould when I placed the melted chocolate over them, and in the final product they are all partially obscured. I'll need to try them again to see whether it was my technique or the sprinkles themselves. And is hasn't put me off them, as I'm about to order the stars for some cake decoration.

Note: It can help if you allow the chocolate to cool slightly before you pour it in to the mould. This can also prevent the chocolate from 'blooming' (a white film on the surface).

These are fabulous. They go a long way and look really pretty, especially when sprinkled over chocolate icing. In fact I've just ordered a second tube!
