I bought these to have my own COME DINE WITH ME with the girls at work, I've tried them and perfect! Its a FANTASTIC size too, the large ones, I had no problem forming and creating my dish, I've used a spoon for pressing and even the bottom of a glass! There's loads of things in the kitchen we can find for pressing down, without forking out more cash! By the way my partner was impressed too and I got a new pair of shoes!

While the stainless rings are great for all sorts of foods, it would be even better if the rosti and other layered items could be firmed down with a non-stick disc which has a handle (bit like the Good Grips potato masher)
While making Marcus Wareing scrambled eggs on top of crumpets, the rings were perfect for presentation, but very difficult to 'even out' the eggs.
