Mouldy bread

I agree with your reviewer about the bread going mouly quickly. I use home made bread, perhaps it doesn't have the preservatives that shop bread does.

Mouldy Old Dough!

Sorry to report that I am disappointed with the bag. The bread goes mouldy very quickly. I've even tried disinfecting the bag to get rid of mould spores but to no avail.
The search for the perfect bread keeper goes on!

I bought one of these for my father, because bread he bought was always going mouldy before he could it eat it all. He said it is fantastic, and he is really pleased with it. He said he went back to some bread 2 weeks after putting it in the bag, and it was still perfectly edible. I think they look really cool too. So often, functional products are ugly - but these are very French artisan looking
