Brilliant alternative ...

to all the faff of a stick blender! I think this is the best thing I have bought in ages - I use mine to make protein drinks with ice water, powder and double cream, and also to make thick batters from eggs and ground almonds to use as a base for a low carb "sponge" I can make over a low heat in a griddle pan. I agree that the top needs screwing on properly and the spout lid needs to be firmly clicked into place, but if that's done, then there are no escapes or spills. Easy to clean, and a good size to pop in a bag if out for the day. I cannot praise this item too highly.
Now, if I could only stop my husband hiding the metal spring away from the beaker itself, when he unloads the dishwasher, I would be laughing!

Leaky top

I recently bought this bottle blender. I wanted it to take to the gym with a protein shake. It blends really well but I found that when it is shaken it leaks from the top even though I had the top firmly in place. It does the job of blending but I have to pour the contents into another bottle for safety. I am pleased with the efficiency of blending but disappointed in that it leaks.

blender bottle boost!

Felt I had to write about this item as I am just about to order another! To the review that states the contents come out - all you need to do is screw the top nice and tight, and push the lid on fully. Mine never leaks UNLESS I have failed to do this. So many sports bottles are sub standard I have to back the few that are good.
