Not just for cakes

I hate washing up & this is brilliant for lining baking trays when cooking sausages, chops, fish etc. fFood never sticks & you don't have to scrub pans. Excellent for toad in the hole - use no oil & still it doesn't stick. I use every day in the oven - for lining bread tins etc lasagne dishes & the roll lasts ages, I get through maybe 3 rolls a year. Oh and is pretty good for cakes too! Best thing for lazy cooks who have to do their own clean up.

Excellent for baguettes

When I make baguettes I generally use a sticky dough and as a result have had problems with the baguettes sticking to the tray. I now line the baguette tray with some of this parchment & however wet the dough is, it never sticks.
