No disappointment

This stuff is amazing, I've had problems in the past with cheap Parchment sticking to flapjack, especially if I've forgot to remove the paper before its gone cold.
Never had that problem with this parchment though, it comes off so easily. Every time.

Food just slides off this paper

This stuff is fantastic food just does not stick to it. I use it to bake cookies and other soft doughs and it never lets me down first class and well worth the money. You can bake a batch and just lift them off, then re-use the paper for the next batch without any problems

this is the essential secret "ingredient" for meringues.... and i use it for all my baking trays. It simply means that nothing ever sticks. But i really do think its the best thing for meringues.
