I used the gold stars on a Chocolate (chocolate cake and Icing) double 40th Birthday cake. used a stencil to keep the stars in the shape I wanted worked well.

“Stars for Christmas

Bought these a while ago for decorating a birthday cake, then added some to our Christmas cake, which had cut out white icing stars around the top, then pressed these into them, gold ribbon around the side, simple but impressed all the guests!

I found these stars so effective at making everything look just that little bit better. I found whether or not you sprinkle a few over cupcakes, or even over drinks it just makes everything look so special. You can individually apply each star using a damp paintbrush for use on things like cake pops or when you need a bit more detail.
