Absolutely BRILLIANT!! Why did I not have these on all gas rings before now. No more boiled over milk, burnt bolognese, burnt on custard, or stuck to the pan pasta. Thank you Lakeland for another every kitchen should have product. Lynda

I bought a large heat diffuser from you several years ago and have used it regularly ever since. I think it is very good and does reduce and spread the heat. I use it when cooking rissotto, rice, porridge, pans of soup and stews and sauces. I have never had any soot deposits on the diffuser or the gas cooker and there is no sign of warping. In fact it looks as good as new and I would recommend it.

I bought this as our gas hob doesn't seem to go low enough and so far it has worked at keeping the heat down and spread out. Unfortunately after only being used 4 times it has warped and makes the pans wobble. I'm hoping this isn't going to get worse or affect how it works so have rated this lower otherwise this woud have been 4 or 5 stars.
