1 stars out of 5 Disappointed

by Ellen Annette Warren

Previously had a crusher that worked on the pull down lever effect and it just wore out after so many years' use. Thought this one would do the job just as well if not better and easier by using the foot. However I find that the cans slip all over the place and the unit itself does tend to move about when putting one's foot down. Disappointing product, never had to complain about anything from Lakeland before, but this just isn't what I thought it would be.

5 stars out of 5 A Great Item

by Marion Creedy

I saw this item in the catalogue and thought what a good idea. Then read the reviews, this almost put me off, but I am so glad that I decided to buy it. As long as you read the instructions there is no problem and it works beautifully. It does what is says on the pack and crushes cans very easily.

1 stars out of 5 Disappointed

by Teresa

Unfortunately this is the only time that I have been disappointed by a Lakeland product. I totally agree with some of the other reviews - the cans are quite often difficult to put into place, and they can end up flying all over the kitchen when you are trying to position and crush them. Once crushed, the sharp edges can mean that the can is more dangerous than it was before crushing it. If I had my time again, I wouldn't bother purchasing this and if I could award this 0 stars I would - especially considering the price. Definitely not value for money.
