I recently moved in to an old house with a fairly substantial condensation/mould problem. I bought a few of these as a quick temporary fix to place around the areas where the problem was worst, and although I wasn't expecting them to work miracles I'm quite pleased with the results. The condensation in some areas has completely gone. It hasn't been able to fix the worst spots, but I don't think anything other than a large dehumidifier would be able to. They're also pretty cute and don't look too unsightly sat on the windowsill. I had to reactive them on arrival as they'd been dehumidifying the box while they were delivered, and the process seemed pretty straight forward. Since then I've not had to blast any of them, even though they seem to be absorbing a fair bit, so all in all I'd certainly recommend giving them a go, so long as you don't expect miracles from them...

This has to be one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. Although the colour on the sides does change colour, there is no evidence that it has made any difference to the area in which it sits. Microwaved it dry to see if that would make it work better, but again, no difference. Can not recommend this product.

My bedroom windows had condensation top to bottom. I put the egg on the windowsill behind the curtains and now there is never a drop of condensation.
