I have wanted one of these for a long time ,but never bought one as I was nervous of using one, but my friend bought me one for my birthday, I have used it now a couple of times, its so easy to control and easy to use. Only used it for creme brulee so far, but it works really well.

Have only used a couple of times and only for creme brulee but it works perfectly - so much better than using the grill. Gas available from our local supermarket.
