I read the reviews before I bought these and decided to give them a try. I wanted to make a few small Christmas cakes rather than one large one. I bought the 6", 5" and 4". I used 'cake release' and did not line the tins. I did wrap paper round the outside as my recipe suggests though. Getting the cake out was a doddle! Although expensive, worth the money. The ONLY problem I had was getting the glue off the base of the tins where the cardboard wrapping is stuck on. Why, oh why do manufactures do that? I've marked the bases getting the glue off. Pans still worked a treat though.

I now own 4 of these pans in different sizes, they do exactly as they claim to do. I am a keen baker and was doubtful about not lining the tin, last night I took a large cake out of the oven at bedtime, leaving the cake too cool over night & this morning the cake popped out so easily. I couldn't recommend the tins highly enough. A friend was round the other day while I was baking and was amazed when I didn't line my tins, she was very amazed at how cleanly and easily the cake came out of the tin.

This product was absolutely fantastic. I made an extremely dense chocolate cake and was worried about it sticking, breaking whils being pushed out of the pan and not baking properly due to the size. I really did not need to worry! Not only did this pan hold such a vast amount of mixture and not leak at all, my cake just slid out without any hassle or fuss! All that is required is a little light greasing :) What was even more impressive was that when it came to my cheesecake- it appeared as though it was shop bought as it was just so perfectly turned out- and without the need for any fuss
