I bought these for cake making, but have discovered a wonderful use for them...Using them to cook greasy, sticky food such as roast potatoes, sausages and fish when baking in the oven. The residue can be left to cool, then wrapped in newspaper and put in the recycling food waste, so no kitchen rubbish smells either.... I am so delighted, I tell all my friends and have bought many packs from Lakeland to give them! Carrie Hill Bath
