This stone is great. Gives fantastic results with both pizza and loaves/rolls of bread; lovely, crunchy base/crust. The included instructions state to place the uncooked pizza on the included aluminium serving tray, then placing the tray on the stone to bake the pizza. I achieved much better results placing the pizza directly on the stone, as this allows the stone to absorb excess moisture from the dough and results in a crispier base. No problem with dough sticking, so long as the stone is pre-heated long enough (I give it 45 minutes). Pizza cutter works great too.
