These pegs are great!”
It's silly but these pegs actually put a smile on my face! Great, cheerful colours and they work really well, leaving no dents or marks on clothes. Definitely recommended.

I know, I know. How can one get so excited over pegs, right? But these are the best I have ever had. Bought two sets a month ago and now bought another two sets and binned all my other pegs. These are extremely easy to use and look great :-)

Best pegs ever!”
I have actually binned all other pegs after getting a bag of these last year, I have them in all colours now. They are great, we live in a kind of wind tunnel & I used to loose washing with other pegs, not with these ones nothings ever become detached from the line, truly a marvellous peg.

I really enjoy hanging out the washing with these soft pegs, I've never had any problems with washing blowing off the line, especially if you combine with the big pegs for towels.

Pegs in Malta”
by RITA AZZOPARDI
With all the sun we have all year through in Malta, I though the pegs will not make a good job, but to my surprise they did and they don't leave marks on clothes which is very hard due to the warm weather. Very good job. I,m sure I'll buy some more.

Cute colourful little pegs. They grip clothes really well and there's no snapping in half like the normal pegs. I have purchased three packs and have to say they are the best pegs I have ever had!

Not for me.”
Sorry to say i am not happy with these pegs, they do not like my washing line at all they move along the line with the wind even very light wind. Sorry Lakeland.

A note from the team: We're sorry that you've been disappointed with these pegs and will be in touch soon to help.
Like most other reviewers, I have found these to be the best pegs I have ever used! I bought them as soon as they appeared in the catalogue (however many years ago that was) and they are as good as ever. They do not leave a mark on my clothes and they only seem to slide along the washing line in a gale-force wind! I have just bought a pack of each of the 'bright' colour and the 'summer' colour so that I can consign most of my boring wooden pegs to the bin!

Best on the market”
I bought some more last week to replace the previous ones bought 7 years ago - For 2 years of that, while running a B&B so they were used every day. They were left on the line permanently all year round. They are still fine but discoloured - entirely my fault. The only reason I bought new ones is because a bought a Brabantia Wallfix dryer and decided to get some new pegs for it. The larger ones are great for heavy stuff. Just to add that in the meantime I tried quite a few other ones. All ended up on the floor or broken except the Lakeland ones.

such a shame”
Although these are nice bright pegs for washing day i am disappointed that that is all they are, when the washing is on the line with these pegs the washing can be moved along easily which is no use at all as they are supposed to grip the washing, the times i have gone out and found washing on the ground. I bought cheap ones from the supermarket last week And they are great as they grip the washing firmly and do not move along the line. Mrs E Dunlop

A note from the team: Thank you for placing your review. We're sorry to hear the pegs are not performing how they should and will be in touch soon.
they do the job brilliantly, hardly any sliding along the line, nothing has blown off the line yet even in high winds and no marks. Lovely colours too!

Best Pegs I have Ever Used”

These pegs are amazing. Even when left outside in the rain. Another great buy.

Soft grip pegs”
I would just like to say that these pegs are simply the best I've ever had. I have tried many different sorts in my time, but when I hang washing, these are the ones I always go for first. They are well worth the money. The nice thing about them is that you can hang T-shirts, jumpers and delicates that normal pegs leave horrid marks on, but these pegs will leave virtually no mark at all. I have come back for more and bought them as presents for relations.

Pricey but nicey”
I bought two packs of these pegs on a promotion recently. The pegs are great but they are a bit expensive for what they are. Still, they do the job and don't leave marks.

I am really happy with my soft grip pegs for hanging out the washing, but I also use a couple of them to keep the pages of my hymn book open when I'm playing the organ at church!

Soft Grip Pegs - A delight to use”
by Mr Keith Marshall
I have been reading all the previous reviews on these pegs. To those who find the clothes slip down the line when these pegs are use, get a thicker plastic line as I have done, then there is no problem. Other pegs have the same problem on thin plastic lines unless you use the old push on pegs. I have been exclusively using these soft grip pegs for many years and the only problem I have had is that when they get quite old they split in the middle making them useless. I will however be ordering some replacements soon.
