The best kitchen aid I've ever boughtby Ms Fraser

5 stars out of 5

Dish Garden

I know this will sound rather incredible, but this really is the best kitchen aid I've ever had. And, even, odder sounding - I love washing up because of it. You wouldn't believe how many plates, crockery, glasses, mugs, etc. it can hold in one load. The 'spikes' around the edge are brilliant for hanging cups off and plates stack on their edges very safely and neatly. The whole thing is slightly angled, to allow water to drain out of the 'spout' and into the sink. It's easy to clean and, if like me, you have smallish draining board area, it still allows access to your taps. Fantastic design!

Dish Garden

My daughter talked me into getting this one rather than the 'sensible' one I was looking at. I'm so glad she did! It is so much more practical than a normal drainer. Glasses, mugs, etc, go on the raised edges, large plates between the edge gaps, and the whole design is so completely flexible that it is like a tardis. I can't believe how much I can fit on it. I highly recommend it.

almost makes washing up funby Suzanne

Dish Garden

I read the many positive reviews before deciding to purchase. It's easy to use, easy to clean, drains into the sink, and most importantly, items left to air dry on it do get completely dry. I like the look of it too. It's not cheap, but the quality is good and it is sturdy and durable. All in all an excellent product.

As good as they sayby Ms Terry

Dish Garden

This is a fantastic product. It looks quite compact in the picture, but once you get into how to place things on it, a surprising amount of washing up fits into it and drains perfectly. I don't have a dishwasher and cook a lot. I cannot recommend this product too highly - worth every penny, and looks good too.

Ideal for a Motorhomeby GEM

Dish Garden

In our motorhome we have two round sinks, one has a draining plastic tray which is used to stack the wet dishes but wet dishes slide off. I found the Dish Garden in Lakeland Guildford and have been using it for around a year it is just brilliant, holds everything together and fits on my draining tray. The spout can be aimed into the sink or folded where it retains any water. Its rubberised feet means it stays put when we are driving. Just love the colours. I've added some matching coloured rubber mats to protect the glass cooker lid. Thank you Lakeland.

Dish Garden

I looked at every dish rack on the site, and read the reviews. The Dish Garden was probably the last one I viewed, because of the totally unusual design. I then read the reviews, what a surprise ! O.K. it wasn't cheap, but like other purchasers, I am thrilled with it. I own a dishwasher, but as there are only two of us, it only goes on every 3 days, so mugs and less dirty items are washed by hand in between. The Dish Garden can take at least 9 mugs, cups or glasses round the edge, leaving enough room inside for other items . The drainage spout is a real boon. Looks weird, but is wonderful!

Makes Me Smile!by Mrs Thompson

Dish Garden

This is such a bright and cheerful thing- it really does make me smile! :-) Bought for the caravan a month ago, it is used a lot as we spend lengthy periods in the van. Even my husband thinks it's great! Because it drains as it does (FAB drain lip), it frees up the rest of the worktop allowing it to be used instead of being all consumed by the caravan's plastic drainer tray- Perfect for limited space! It's versatile and can hold SO much more than you would think! I LOVE my Dish Garden-So much so that I have now bought another one for home! Wouldn't be without this fantastic kitchen essential!

Neat Little Drainerby Karen

5 stars out of 5

Dish Garden

Bought the Dish Garden to use whilst my very limited-spaced kitchen in France awaits refurbishment. It took a few wash-ups to find the best arrangement for all the crockery etc but love the fact that cups, mugs and glasses can be hung on the side leaving the middle for plates, bowls and pans. The cutlery containers can be removed/repositioned to give more room. Best suited for 2 people, 4 at a push, this easy to clean, practical and quirky drainer is a real asset.....I love it. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic product, works well in a caravan.by Mrs Mowbray

Dish Garden

I have been looking for a drainer for my caravan for quite a while, and glad I held back. Bought this item recently and it fits perfectly because of it's shape and size. When travelling the drainer sits in the sink with the washingup bowl inverted on top. My husband made a comment that it was perfect for the job and looks good and surprisingly holds lots of dishes for two. Would like to buy a bigger version for my home, so come on Lakeland, produce a bigger family dish garden, I will be first in line to buy one!

Superb drainerby Mary

Dish Garden

I have a circular drainer/sink and it has been a nightmare trying to find a drainer to fit it. This does the job superbly. Yes it takes a while to work out the best way to stack things but everything just drains well. Doesnt take much to clean it either and looks funky and modern.

Dish Garden

The quirky design works in its favour as items of all shapes and sizes can be accommodated. Probably too small for a family but suits two of us. And it is so cheerful it makes you smile!

Caravan Perfect!by Mrs Hayes

5 stars out of 5

Dish Garden

I bought the Dish Garden to use in our caravan. I am absolutely delighted with this product. It's transformed the dishwashing process onboard the caravan from a space juggling nightmare to a complete pleasure. It does everything it says it will do and the positive drain feature really works. No more dripping dishes being passed from the sink to whoever is doing the drying up. Thank you Lakeland!

MUG GARDEN SUPREME! HOLDS 10 MUGS AROUND OUTER EDGEby D A

5 stars out of 5

Dish Garden

I bought this to drain mugs. We often have 12 or more mugs to wash up, and I wanted a drainer that would hold them safely. I certainly found it - even if it is called a Dish Garden! I'm delighted to find that it holds 6 mugs inside the drainer, AND another 10 Mugs very steady on the uprights of the Garden Fence;. I should mention that if you do this, you'll need to stand the Garden on a tray or draining board to catch the drips round the outside of the Dish Garden. This is a really sturdy drainer, no wobbles, and made to last.

Worth every penny!by Ellie White

Dish Garden

My husband persuaded me to buy this product which I thought was very pricey. I am so glad he did. We bought it for the caravan as drainers provided are always useless but the dish garden is wonderfull. It takes a suprising amount of dishes stores neatly in the round sink and doesn't leak water all over the work surface. It is well made and lightweight. I will certainly consider buying one for the house too.

A brilliant buy. We have limited space & only a manual dishwasher! Really well designed for efficient drainage. Surprising how much it holds. Fun, funky but practical too. A good investment.

Dish Garden

I bought the dish garden and what an amazing product. It has much more space than I first thought when I saw it in online. After wasting money buying several types of dish drainer and then finding them unsatisfactory, I chose the dish garden. I have used it now for a few weeks and am delighted that at last this is something that would not only look good in my new kitchen but very effective as a dish drainer. Will not hesitate to recomend it to families and friends.

Dish Garden is best draining basket I have ever used!by Wendy

5 stars out of 5

Dish Garden

I discovered this drainer when visiting a friend. Initially I was impressed by its attractive design but soon discovered it to be an efficient as well as versatile addition to the kitchen. Once home I ordered one for myself - it really is delightful - am considering ordering another! I have a double sink so the drainer sits very neatly in one sink but it can equally well stand on the work surface. The flexible spout can be closed if on occasion the drainer needs to be moved away from the sink eg when cleaning. Altogether an inspiring design!

Dish Garden

I am truly delighted with my dish garden. I wasn't sure initially how it would look, but once I had it in place realised I was even going to have more workspace! The light from the window shines through it delightfully, so even the rare sunshine is utilised. Thank you Lakeland :-)
