I love these Skrapr's but I wish you could buy them separately as I go through the smaller ones much quicker than the bigger ones.

Works well on certain surfaces”
Worked really well on hardened limescale around the chrome taps where limescale solutions have failed many times over. Not sure about using it on stainless sink though as it seems to have scratched the surface slightly where it was used. Overall, very happy with this nifty tool.

I bought this to clean the glass on the inside of the fish tank. It works wonderfully and it won't go rusty like the ones we've used previously nor will it scratch the glass!

I got one of these as a free gift and decided to give it a try for cleaning the bottom of "no-longer" non-stick pans - and it is brilliant! I bought 2 new ones too (large and mini). Now I can get rid of burnt stuff without damaging the non-stick coating that is left. I also found it really useful for removing dried paint from soft vinyl floors without damaging the floor and I'm sure I'll find further uses!

Works great in the bathroom”
by Mrs Sato
I actually use this for scraping limescale off the bath, sink, and taps! It works brilliantly, and it's good to have two different sizes so you can get into all the fiddly corners.

purchased this item a few weeks ago, now been consigned to the cupboard of useless items, found that it didnt work very well the blade is too thick on the larger one and the small one not very good. Gone back to our trusty cheap plastic with blade, costs about 1.99, works much better

not as good as i had hoped for cleaning the hob. doesn't remove burnt on food efficiently at all. fine for scraping off dried spills on work surfaces - but then so is an old credit card. I have "sharpened" it but still disappointing.

Modest but most definitely a star.”
I treated my family to this tool, thinking our hob/pans/roasting dishes might stand half a chance of staying really clean from, you know, those stubborn burnt-on bits. It works a bit like a carpenter's scraper without the sharp burr, so no scratches, and comes with wet-and-dry sandpaper to keep an edge. It works so well on said pans and chopping boards and oven-glass and grill-pan that I wish I'd owned one a long, long time ago. Mine came with a free mini-tool which remains hidden for a rainy day. Tip-top tool, and easily five stars.

not worth the money”
I have had no success with this at all! Another useless gadget for the kitchen drawer. I have been using the Hob Brite scraper successfully for years. When I needed some new blades I saw the Skrapr and I thought it would be a good investment and would save me having to order replacement blades. It is not half as good as my Hob Brite scraper I have tried it on my hob and my oven and my tiled kitchen floor. Ended up using my Hob Brite scraper which does the job brilliantly. I should have kept my money in my pocket. I was glad I ordered replacement blades at the same time!

Best tool yet!”
Brilliant! Works a treat on my glass top hob. I've used it to remove adhesive on my sink, tape from new windows, sticker and loads more. Highly recommended!

Not as good as something a lot cheaper!”
I've been using a razor blade based scraper for a long time and thought I'd invest in something 'better'. All I can say is that I've gone back to the cheap scraper I was using! The Skrapr didn't really do what it says on the tin and left a lot of what it was supposed to be getting rid of on the hob. Really disappointing, sorry!

Scraper, not miracle worker”
OK so I had high expectations of this scraper, to remove burnt marks from our ceramic hob. Sadly, it didn't and I think I'll just have to live with what must be discolouration. Putting that to one side, as a general household scraper it does the job but why is the handle so long and the 'blade' so short? To clean a large area you have to go back and forth repeatedly. The mini-skrapr was a nice inclusion but unless I'm scraping a dolls house oven I'm not sure I'll use - it's is totally cute though!

Brilliant beekeeping tool”
For any fellow beeks out there, this tool is brilliant for scraping wax and propolis off beehive parts, especially as you can work really quickly when doing a hive inspection, removing wild comb from frame edges and roofs, chipping rock-hard propolis off box edges, and cleaning up queen excluders, especially those plastic ones which are so hard to get into... the edge of the large scraper is small enough to get right between the grid spaces. I've just ordered another for a fellow beek friend who was impressed with the Skrapr's performance.

I've used this to clean the hob and to clean a glass-topped coffee table with paper stuck down on it and it worked well on both items. Recommended.

It scrapes and leaves scratches”
I was disappointed to find that this new gadget left scratches on my ceramic hob. So I am not impressed. I shall stick to the tried and tested method of the ceramic hob cleaning kit

a brilliant pruct”
I purchased this for our school kitchen where we get lots of bits of burnt on food on baking trays particularly after pizzas etc. Those who do the washing up are raving about them saying they are the best thing they've used, and now want some to use at home! really pleased I found these .

I bought this product to help me remove burnt on stains off my new ceramic hob. I found it very poor and despite the claims on the packaging that it would not scratch my hob, it did. I have now bought the Hob Bright scraper which actually works

What a little beauty!”
This is one of those 'once in a lifetime' products! Brilliant! I bought it in desperation because I moved into a flat where the grill pan had been left with a ghastly burned-on deposit and I thought I would have to replace it - I couldn't possibly use it as it was. Yuk! The Skrapr made short work of the mess - and with only water! No elbow grease needed; no scratches left; just a lovely clean new-looking pan. Thanks Lakeland! This one most certainly does what it says on the tin. I'm just ordering another for a friend ... my soon to be best friend, I reckon!

I wasn't sure about buying this item because of some of the reviews, but as I thought I had ruined my brand new induction hob after spilling something on it. I decided it was worth trying. Wow, my hob now looks like new again. I have since tried it on my oven and it's never been so easy to clean. Now going to buy one for my sister.

Well it works, but not as well as wire wool or other scrapers. If you spent 10 minutes a day for a week or two, you could probably get the bottom of a pan clean in a way nothing else would. But it is slow going.

A note from the team: Thanks for your review and for taking the time to chat on the phone. The Skrapr works really well on surfaces where a harsh abrasive is unsuitable.
