Simplehuman Corner Shower Caddy”
I had purchased a hang over the door caddy which isn't very satisfactory as it's high for me to reach (I'm 5'3") and neither shelf takes a tall bottle. I ordered this free standing item for a newly installed shower in the spare room and am delighted with it so am treating myself to another one! It is sturdy and guaranteed against rust for 5 years so if it gets rusty will complain as it's not cheap. However, the shelves can easily be adjusted and it sits well in the corner.

I am disabled and sit on a seat to shower I find this product perfect. It is very sturdy and sits in the corner of my wet room perfectly. As my wet room is grey tiles it looks great aswell. A little pricey but well worth it. Will last forever.

Definitely worth buying”
We have tried every product imaginable to solve the problem of a good quality shower tidy. Yes, this one is quite expensive and, at first glance appears quite lightweight. However, it is certainly worth the money. It does not rust and is conveniently removable for cleaning purposes. Some bottles do fall over but that is easily remedied with the judicious placing of a flannel etc. Overall, a good quality product which removes the necessity for drilling (which compromises the waterproofing in the shower) and suction cups (which always fall off at the most inappropriate times!). A good buy!

you get what you pay for”

I love this caddy. It stands well in the corner of my shower, if you have problems with items not sitting properly just adjust the feet. It doesn't take up a lot of room. The only bit that lets it down is for holding Toothbrushes/Razors its a waste of time as they keep falling off. Its a bit expensive but if it does a good job then it is worth it.

Fills a need.”
by Mrs Brady
Having recently had my small bathroom converted to a wet room I needed somewhere to store toiletries. I didn't want any drilling and even the latest 'suction' holders fall off the tiles. I liked the look of this item and the size seemed about right. I checked several other internet sites, but found that the shower storage was either too big, too bulky or too small. As I am disabled I need to be able to reach shower gel etc.easily. For quite a while the price put me off. Finally I took a deep breath and ordered the Simplehuman Caddy. I like the size, especially as the trays can be moved up and down. However, as has been said previously, the toothbrush holder doesnt! Most toothbrushes have wide gripping handles, and even sliding a toothbrush in sideways is not worth the effort. The hooks are not great either so I improvised. My 'scrunchy sponge' has a rope on it, so that hung on the toothbrush hooks and my facecloth drapes over the others, but needs both of the hooks. As with all wire type container bases, my shower bottles tip over. The bases of shampoo bottles and shower gel are often narrow and need a firmer base to stand on. So again I improvised and though they will stand sideways on, the slightest knock makes them fall like skittles. Adjustable feet are a boon as my floor slopes towards the water outlet at my feet. It doesn't sit in a corner, there was not enough room, but fits quite nicely on a flat wall within arms reach. This product is sturdy, neat and I hope it lives up to its claims of not rusting. I find that it has an equal amount of pros and cons, it suits my needs and looks good. It is very expensive though, which is a shame as many people will be put off by the price and if extending poles, drilling or not having the type of shower heads that hooks fit over are out of the question this is the next best thing. Grit your teeth, pay up, and enjoy! Despite the cons I like this product..

I chose this caddy as I needed storage for my shower-over-bath that I could take with us when we moved house. This seemed to be the best rated and most robust design, and I was particularly pleased to see the adjustable feet. It certainly does look quite smart, and is large enough to hold everything I need. It's quite sturdy too. The only slight niggle I have with it is the "shaver or toothbrush" holders. I was expecting some malleable material here, but it's basically just two holes to slot something into. They're made from rigid plastic and they're too small for either my toothbrush, my husband's toothbrush, or my razor. My husband's razor can be wiggled in, but only because it has a hole in the handle, which means it can get caught when you go to pick it up. It would hold disposable razors fine - but anything re-usable would be too large. Thankfully this wasn't a deal breaker for me, so I'm still very happy with it.

A fantastic bit of kit”
I was dubious re the price but oh so glad I took a chance. It is exactly what I wanted to de-clutter my new quadrant shower. The adjustable feet were not needed after all as it stood well back into the corner on top of the raised shower tray rim. When I need to clean the shower I just lift the whole contrivance right out and replace it after cleaning. It looks classy and doesn't take up much space yet holds all the usual "stuff" that lurks on the shower floor or rim. Full marks.

Many thanks to Miss Brookes for her review. I had written this off as way too expensive, but her review changed my mind. I'm glad it did. This is a quality product and, after months of searching for a suitable shower tidy which did not involve drilling the tiles, or suction cups which fall off, it now sits proudly in the corner of my shower, keeping everything to hand. It is stable and the adjustable feet mean it will not tip over on sloping shower floors. Looks good too. Price does seem high, but as it won't rust it will outlast anything else, so saving in the long run. It is true - you get what you pay for.
