Very disappointed that the handle of the brush snapped in half - and haven't had the item all that long. I feel this item is poor quality.

I now have 3 of these. I do think they are expensive, but the first one is a year old now and looks as good as new. It may not be 'flashy' but it does not rust and the the base can be very easily cleaned out. It sits discreetly by the loo and is easy to use. Perfect!

Good but flawed”
The plus points are that it is all plastic (so no nasty rusty bits after a month or two), discrete and replacement brush heads can be purchased. I also have not had a problem with the handle breaking as mentioned in other reviews However on the negative side, I feel that the exterior design is fundamentally flawed. The ridges on the outside only serve to catch dust and muck. Also the plastic used on the exterior marks easily and I have found that accidental splashes cannot be wiped clean. I have two of these but feel that for the price paid, the product should not have such basic flaws.

Contour toilet brush - not a good buy”
I am very disappointed with the product. It is a very poor product in comparison to others Lakeland sell. I find the combination of the fixed head and plastic rim at top of brush makes it really difficult to manouvre around the inside of toilet bowl. As it is was going to be very difficult for me to get back to the shop to return the product it ended up in the bin.

Handle broke in my hand”
I bought this product because I thought the price would mean quality.I purchased it about six months ago but I recently changed the head and the clear handle just snapped in my hand at the base. This must be a fault because I see others have had the same problem. The break left a brittle edge and could have caused injury. It's a shame because the product looks good

Does the job!”

Believe it or not I 'treated' myself to one of these whilst shopping in Lakeland on my hols! I've been fed up of buying pretty looking toilet brushes and then having to throw them away when they get smelly. I've had no problems with the handle and the brush is nice and solid. I like the design - nice and simple. Also love the fact I can buy replacement heads. This will work out much cheaper in the long run!

I have purchased a lot of toilet brushes in an effort to find one that combines style with functionality. I thought I had finally found it, albeit for a hefty price, in this one. I am disappointed to report that the outside plastic has stained badly and I cannot get the brown stains out with anything I have tried, even bleach-based products. With two children who clean their own messes up, I thought this would prove sturdier, but honestly, who makes a toilet brush with a porous outer tube? My search goes on!

Returned first toilet brush as handle broke within days of use. Replacement brush lasted a few weeks and also broke. Will return product but would not recommend this item.

Broke on first use”
The head snapped clean off on the very first use. I'd expect better for nearly £15!

Discrete toilet brush”
Very pleased with this - previously had chrome or stainless steel which often discolour with damp conditions. Nice and solid plastic & brush, not like the cheap flimsy ones I have seen. Now, all I want is a matching pedal bin - any chance?
