Not just us then!”
I came on to write a review as I love this holder, super design, but oh boy has it gone rusty. Seems to be a problem with it according to other reviews. Shame as the shape is perfect, I'd looked for one I liked for ages.

Swirly toilet roll store”
When I first received this product I was thrilled with it. It lives in our cloakroom which has no condensation whatsoever but over time it has become very rusty and the rust has started to eat into the chrome. I did try to remove the rust when I first noticed it but to no avail.

Like many of the other reviewers I choose this item for its looks. I am really disappointed that it has gone very rusty and now looks horrible. I have tried cleaning it but this is difficult because of the design. As I have a cheap chrome bathrack (ie in much greater contact with water) which is years older and not nearly as rusty, I can only assume that the toilet roll holder is very poor quality for the money.

NOT Bog Standard!!!”
I bought this toilet roll holder for the obvious use, but when I got it home a much better idea sprung to mind for it. I have hung all my necklaces on the various wire loops and fastened them. They never tangle (provided you do them up) as there are so many different heights of wire which makes it ideal for varying lengths of necklaces. I stand the holder on a box for added height and I made a cover (from a food mixer/processor pattern) to keep the dust off. (Although a Lakeland plastic bag would do the job just as well if you don't fancy sewing your own cover to match your decor!) I now have to buy another toilet roll holder for the original intended purpose!

Toilet roll holder”

Yes I agree very sad to get excited about toilet roll holders. This is more stylish than a toilet roll spike even guests have commented on how good it looks.

Having had a small bathroom recently refurbished, I purchased this to stand on my new back to wall toilet cupboard. It's lovely(if you can rave over a toilet roll holder!) neat, holds 3 rolls easily, is shine'y' to match all the other chrome in the bathroom, and now guests can find a toilet roll if they need to replace! Very pleased!

I love this spare roll holder, looks so much better than an ordinary roll spike. It is really sturdy & well made. Holds 3 rolls perfectly.

Very handy when you have several toilets in your house. As well as being practical, they look good. I found them to be sturdy and stable enough for the task.
