For a mop, the squizzo cleans well and leaves the floors dry. I found the lever rather hard at the very beginning, but it got better soon (to soften, I turned the whole (dry!) thing on its head and pushed down the lever repeatedly. Much easier than pulling). I squeeze twice normally, and three times for wooden floors (once for very dirty floors needing a bit of a soak). The head DOES fall off, if the mop is tilted the wrong way. It takes a bit getting used to, but having learned which is the "right" side, the head doesn't fall any longer. I think this should be mentioned on the pack.
A note from the team
Thanks for taking the time to write your review and give us your feedback. I'll be happy to pass on your comments about the instructions. We found the Squizzo floor mop is easiest to fit if you grip it near the mop head and push the mop head upwards to slide in, checking that the metal catches fit correctly - once fitted it shouldn't slide out during mopping.
