I have owned one of the mops for several years and find it to be excellent for wet cleaning. However, the adhesive holding the 'velcro' strips to the mophead have a tendency to buckle and become unstuck at the ends. Lakeland very kindly replaced the faulty first one free of charge, but the replacement is now showing similar signs. It is very disappointing that such a potentially excellent product should have such a fundamental flaw. By now I had hoped that the manufacturers could have solved the adhesive issue.

Can't fault this item - it changed my life! So easy to use and does the job well. Would never use another mop now. Why oh why are you stopping selling them, Lakeland? They are so great!

A note from the team: Thank you for placing your review. We agree it is a great mop and whilst it will be discontinued we're pleased to say we do currently have stock available of this product. We do offer alternative mop choices from time to time but we've passed your comments on to our buying team to consider keeping this.
As someone with a large kitchen diner who HATES cleaning the floor, this mop was a revelation. It cut through the extreme grime of 3 cats, 1 dog, a messy hubby and daughter in the blink of an eye. The mop is large enough to cut down mopping time and the swivel head makes it effortless to get around furniture. I would buy this again if it was twice the price, that's how good it is.

Now I know I am middle aged! Wow, I love this mop. I have used it to: clean UPVC panels in my conservatory, as well as the shower tray (still had to do the corners, but with a trapped nerve in my back - it made life SO much easier). Oh yes and I have also used it for what it is supposed to be for! Telescopic handle is a huge plus as it packs down - cant get the head off yet but no doubt it will ease in time. Recommend a spare cloth so that the serious house-proud can pop a fresh one on while washing the other. I LOVE IT.Thanks Lakeland.

A great mop for dog owners”
What a WONDERFUL mop! I have five cardigan corgis. They shed, they bring mud into the house, they do occasionally wee on the floor. I find the old standard mop and bucket disgusting to use, and don't always like to get out my steam cleaner. This mop is great for mopping up pee, for cleaning tile and vinyl - and the floor dries in a flash. The hair and crumbs of dirt get pushed into a corner and can easily be gathered by a rubber brush and dust pan. Being able to wring out the mop head and wash it make it SO versatile. five stars from me!

Bought one of those a few weeks ago with a spare cloth. Absolutely fantastic for cleaning and drying laminate flooring. Best mop I've ever used! Highly recommended!

can't live without it!!”
We just had some hardwood floors put in throughout our house and we have a very muddy hairy dog. You can imagine the state of the floors! This mop is amazing. I use it dry to mop up any immediate spills and then use it with Osmo cleaning products to mop my floor - it picks up everything easily and it swivels and gets into corners so easily. I just love it!! Thank you Lakeland!

The Best Best Best”
After years in a 'carpeted' house I moved into a house that is all hard floor. Silly me thought it would be easier to keep clean than carpets, especially as I have a labrador. How wrong could I be. After months of frustration of buckets and mops I read the reviews and bought one of these. SOO simple, SOOO easy to use, and SOOO quick. I can't fault it, and I will probably buy another so I can have one upstairs as well. I do have a steam cleaner that I use very very occasionally but to be honest this e-mop is all I need.

I made a bad purchase last year and the mop was driving me mad because it was very fiddly putting on and taking off the mop head between rinses but I didn't know what to replace it with. Good old Lakeland came up trumps and replaced it with this one which is so much easier to use. I still don't enjoy cleaning the floor but at least with this mop it's bearable! Just rinse it out, drop it on the floor and the head velcros on. So much less hassle.

Is it just a bit sad to be so excited by a floor mop? This mop is brilliant. It cleans my laminate floors and tiled floors using just water and leaves them so clean and shiny. I absolutely love it. It is easy and comfortable to use but the best thing about it is how quickly the floors dry and there are no streaks at all. Genius.

A good all rounder particularly for ceilings, open floor spaces and windows

More Than Just A Floor Mop”
Brilliant design, telescopic handle a must as this mop is used to wash down bathroom tiles and ceilings. A total boon to wash ceilings with too! Quicker to do floors than my Steam cleaner upright. The trick to ever lasting pads is just to use water, vinegar and lemon juice. Chemicals seem to warp the microfibre cloths. Seldom use the dry cloth however, which seems a bit of a waste of money. Window cleaning however leaves streaks - it would be handier to develop a squeegee for this mop to make it more versatile. All in all though far cleaner than other sponge mops and lighter too!

Fantastic product - wish I'd bought one years ago!”

Bought this mop yesterday - it's brilliant! My old mop and bucket will now be banished to the garage - the E-cloth mop is easier and more convenient to use, gives better cleaning results and is takes up less storage space. Fantastic product!

E Cloth mop”
Easy to use but not a streak free floor as I had hoped, maybe it's the floor cleaner I am using, had the mop 5 months and handle is broken don't know if I can get a replacement as I no longer have receipt.

A note from the team: Thankyou for taking the time to chat to us on the phone about the E-cloth mop. We hope the replacement works well for you.

Great for reaching up to wipe the solar panels on the roof (it's a bungalow!)

Good but don't throw away your old mop & bucket”
Gives great streak free floors in very little time due to the size of the mop head as it covers ground very quickly. Maybe I should wash my kitchen floor tiles more often but I find this mop isn't great at getting rid of dried in bits of food etc. I have to bend down and scrub it using the mop head or use with my nails :-( I have also brought the e mop head for more abrasive but its not much better than the mop head that comes with the mop. I like the long handle as I'm almost 6 ft and find most mops are too short. However it doesn't stay fixed at the setting..I frequently have to twist it back to the required height...not a big problem but just a bit annoying. All in all, great for a quick clean if your floors are n't that dirty but I still have to use my old mop and bucket.

Best Mop Ever.....”
This is now the 9th mop that I've either bought back in a suitcase or had posted out here to Portugal. It is loved by ex-pats & the locals alike as we all have hard floors either tiled or wood. The only 'downside' is that you can't purchase new heads for the mops for when the hook & loop tape gets so mucky & need to be changed.... Otherwise they're great for people of all heights from me in a wheelchair to my husband of 6' 2" plus the Ecloths are brilliant too!

Bought to replace disposable floor duster and mop - havent used wet head yet but duster head is brilliant. It picks up so much dust and mop itself is very easy to move about.

I've just had oak flooring laid throughout our house and was wondering how to pick up dust/fluff/dirt as I have 2 boys and a dog. I was looking at expensive cleaner/sweepers but this mop is doing a great job. The duster head sweeps up even the finest dust and then the deep clean mop head cleans really well. Both go in the washing machine so I've bought extra heads to use whilst their drying. Lakeland, please alter the way the handle extends. The way it twists to lock comes loose too easily when I'm cleaning.

A note from the team: Thanks for your helpful review. I'll be sure to pass your suggestion, about the handle, onto our buying team.
I wish I had bought one of these ages ago. It cuts the cleaning time for the kitchen floor in half. When I have more pennies I will buy another to keep upstairs.
