I have bought Lakeland tealights for many years, atchristmas I would always buy the red Christmas ones, why have you stopped these tealights?

I have been buying these bumper packs for years and will continue to do so. They burn for as long as I need them and there is no other place to get these quality tea lights at this price. Keep up the good work Lakeland! :)

I have bought your tea lights for years I have just stocked up on them again and I find these I have to use 2 in my oil burner where as before I only used 1 so I presume your supplier has changed

I have been buying these tealights for a few years now and I honestly believe they are the best value for money tealights on the market. I have tried buying the "cheap as chips" tealights from various other shops and markets but have either found the quality to be poor or the burn time extremely short so I always revert back to the Lakeland Tealights because I know each candle will work and will burn for 4 hours - sometimes a little longer.

We buy an enormous amount of these and the quality varies substantially. In early 2007 the quality was quite poor with wicks often off centre and the bags generally filled with tiny bits of wax and often the candles detached from the metal rings. in mid 2007 the quality improved beyond what we had previously experienced with no bits, clean bags(internal) and quality wicks. as xmas approached the tea lights received reverted back to those we experienced previously. i can only assume a change of supplier some time through the year for the better but now you have returned to the previous supplier. we will continue to buy these from you because the provide good value for the quantity we buy but..... our customer satisfaction is a great deal less since you changed back to your original supplier.
