Not worth £35! £20 or less would be ok! :/by Sheena-Marie

Gummy Bear Maker

Item is very basic. Rip off if you ask me. All you need from it is the moulds as you can use a hob/pan or microwave to do it yourself. There is nothing inside to make any, you have to buy it all separate, which is annoying! This was not specified, resulting in a delay in useage! The ice into the bases is an awful idea! I have had to put the moulds into the fridge instead! That works best. If i hadn't have used it already, I would have taken it back for a full refund and got similar moulds from an online site. Very Very basic item, looks 'good', prob as it is colourful! Dont be fooled!

A note from the team: Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry that you'd been disappointed. For best results we've found that you do need to pack the base with lots of ice, this will give a firm jelly mould. I'll be in touch shortly to help.

Really excited to try this out and they have set beautifully, even managed to get them out of the moulds in one piece. Only problem I have is what to store/put them on as they seem to be very sticky when handling. Does anyone have a solution for this? However looking forward to trying chocolate next.

Waste of Moneyby Gillian

Gummy Bear Maker

Very disappointed with this product, I should have gone with my instincts when opening the box and sent it back. Unfortunately I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it out. You have to put ice in all the compartments place the moulds on top and follow recipe and instructions and pour in models it's meant to take 5 mins to set !!! After 1 hr it was semi set my 16year old helped empty the trays which isn't easy teddies fell apart. I never normally review but this is the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Have now bought mini teddy moulds off ebay that go in the fridge.
