Best blender, very many uses ...by Tanya

5 stars out of 5

Vitamix® 300

This amazing blender is worth every penny. It has the power, design & construction, warranty and customer service to deserve it's crown among blenders. It's extremely easy to use and is not particularly noisy Vs its power. It quickly makes professional quality emulsified sauces, ice cream, sorbets, smoothies, juice, cake batters, hot soup, grinds flours and coffee - and more. It can 'wet chop', and 'dry chop' e.g. cheese and veg with ease. *Without* a heating element it turns cold veg to hot soup in a few minutes, but can also make ice cream! Wow! Clean up is super quick too. A kitchen star!

Perfect for making life easy.by Angela

Vitamix® 300

I deliberated long and hard before buying this machine as it was a big financial commitment for me but I'm so glad that I did. The use of the Vitamix is so easy and cleaning is done in seconds by running the machine with water and a few drops of washing up liquid. The best change for me is the amount of fresh fruit and veg I now consume in juices and smoothies and it makes wonderful soups without having to use the cooker at all. I also enjoy the ease of grating etc., without skinning your fingers and there's a wonderful cook book included, load of ideas for the use of it, the sky's the limit

The best modelby Jan

Vitamix® 300

I'm so, so glad I opted for the 300 Vitamix. The wider goblet means the plunger is hardly ever needed, it's easier to clean and I think the 300 is a more modern style. I haven't tried hot soup yet so I'm hoping it works just as well as the TNC. This model also fits under my wall units on the counter top. The only possible niggle is that the pouring lip sometimes drips a little....but that's the only negative comment.
