Bought this kettle this year from the Watford Lakeland store. Paid the full price for it which at the time considered rather expensive. Today it has broken and will not boil. I have been unable to find the receipt as yet also we need to travel over 15 miles to be able to return this to our nearest branch which is not the Watford store. Very dissapointed that a kettle costing over £60 has only lasted a few months. Not sure how we go about returning it. We would like a new kettle but not this make again.
