The pyramid pan does give a crisp finish to pastry. But I have had problems with meat products ... Fat from chops and sausages dropped into the grooves (as they should) but I have had problems cleaning after cooking. Any thoughts - can't scrub and I don't have a dishwasher.

Thanks for placing your review. Without a dishwasher, you'll need to drain away the excess fat before it congeals, then soak the mat in hot, soapy water. To finish off the process, use a small brush to remove any stubborn residue and rinse.
