I love this cookie press. I watched some YouTube videos to see the best way to use it. I was surprised to see that (the video) recommended using an ungreased baking tray. I've tried it ungreased, greased, and with baking parchment - ungreased works best, it gives the stick needed to get the dough to form the shape properly. It's really easy on the hand. I had a different press before, which made my hand ache. That one had a ratchety thing, and took forever. The shapes work really well, I've bought the extra set too. Absolutely fab product.
