Used this for the first time today although kneaded the bread dough in my stand mixer before transferring to the Lekue to prove and bake. I used my usual recipe with 500g flour and didn't know whether the Lekue would be big enough for it all as it said up to 300g on the box, so I split dough into 2. The small loaf made in the Lekue looked so much better than the other when it came out of the oven. Could I have put it all in? Will try again tomorrow but can see it's going to be well used.
