Have been baking my own traditional and sourdough bread for a long time now (I make bread twice a week) and was looking forward to using this. Very disappointed in the results. Both normal and sourdough bread turn out like a flat rugby ball in shape, no matter how wet or dry the dough is (I tried a lot of recipe adjusting!) It's been sitting unused, an expensive white elephant, in the kitchen for over a month now, and I am back to using good old bread tins again. On a plus note - I also bought some Cake Release, which is brilliant and made the train fare worthwhile!
