Regrettably had to return mine. Drinks went cold after a couple of hours. On filling up the outside felt hot which was unusual however the marvellous Lakeland policy meant a 'no quibble' return & exchanged the green for the red version which is brill & does what it says..I.e keep drinks hot. Also thanks to Mike, Technical Services for confirming this wasn't 'usual' for a Thermos product. I also bought the large green flask & green food warmer at the same time and nothing wrong with these 2 and are absolutely fine. Maybe something too be weary of?

Thermos lives up to its name. a great size for 2 mugs of tea, piping hot all day :)
