Working with an electric hop I have always been wary of making custards and curds as scrambled eggs were an all too frequent occurrence when after seemingly hours on a low heat I would turn the ring up too high. Now with this, seeing the temperature rice steadily gives me the patience I required to keep going and has allowed me to be a much more confident when handling delicate mixtures. Definitely worth buying!
