brilliant idea but I found it very hard to move once filled. It is quite floppy as it is silicone. I have used other silicone products and found them not too hard to use, but this is floppier than others. Maybe I am not using it correctly.

These turned out lovely pies. Crispy and looked delightful. I was so proud of them. As with the tart tray it would be helpful if Lakeland provided the correct pastry cutters with each of them as I had problems cutting the pastry the correct size for the larger Tart tray. But I feel that this is the best product that I have purchased from Lakeland so far.

I found that I could make the pastry thinner ( thus reducing fat content!) It was nice and crisp all over.You need to let them cool completely before trying to get them out.(They will be a bit more fragile if the pastry is thinner) Open freezing them in the tray it an easy way to "batch bake". Most of pastry came off in the sink, but there was a bit of "residue".
