I found this tray sticks to the bread and also changes the shape and cooking of the underside of the baguettes. You could avoid this with less water in the dough or by oiling the mould or the dough but then it is not a baguette! It is not good. Final rise on the linen couche then cooking direct on the baking stone gives much better bread.
