Having bought a range of these tins I was disappointed when it states no lining required and I trusted and didn't use any however I ended up with a cake that stuck and broke very disappointed got a range of tins which I need to line to use when product clearly states no lining required.

A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry for the problems with the pan and will be in touch shortly. The buyer comments:Grease the pan well with the purest form of butter or margarine before placing the base inside the push pan. This will make it easier to push the cake from the pan after baking. After baking allow the cake time to cool and shrink from the pan before removing.
Absolutely love these tins. Purchased a few in different sizes. Followed instructions and greased first. Cakes come out perfect every time. Don't sit there thinking about it, buy them... You won't regret it!

My husband bought me all the push pan tins for Christmas. I have had nothing but trouble with them since day 1. I find it impossible to release the cakes and have had to line the tins. Not what I expect from Lakelands

Best loose based cake pan around!”
I have these in a couple of different sizes and overall find them fantastic. So easy to use, provide an even bake and never leak. However my 10" tin was completely welded together at first and took multiple attempts to push the base up, even now after a few uses it is exceptionally stiff, which is not a problem I have found with my 8" tin. Greasing with groundnut oil works exceptionally well, but I still also prefer to line with baking paper on the base as well

Easy Peasy Pie”
Great. Easy to use, easy to wash. A little stiff at first, but followed instructions and gave it a grease. Makes cheesecakes, banoffi etc look very neat and bakes evenly.

I purchased two of these in different sizes and they are great. No sticking if you grease with cake release, a little stiff to push out but worth the money. Just about to order another!

Lots of blurb on the tin about not having to grease. I did anyway, added a little bit of cake release, and cake stuck fast to the bottom and sides of the tin - so when I pushed the cake out, it just came apart. Really annoyed as it was an expensive mix completely wasted.
