I can't say how disappointed I am with the two push pans I bought about three weeks ago. I have a small cake business and bake about ten- twelve cakes a week. I thought the tins would save me having to line every time I bake. Every time I use them I find myself having to slide a long spatula underneath, even though I have lightly oiled them as suggested. If I don't do this, there is always a large chunk of cake stuck to the base. I find this especially bad with moist cakes such as those containing polenta/cornmeal. I have found that I have to line the base every time now.

I bought this pan after I made a cake which has a runny batter and it ended up on the bottom of the oven. I found it gave a great result no leaking and it is VERY easy to get the cake out of the tin. I am planning on buying another 2 for my wedding cake.
