What a baking tin”
I have bought and used five sizes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 inch round baking tins - all pushpans. I have been so disappointed. First, I tried not lining the tin and had very bad results and had to line the tins to bake my cakes. Second - it says it is 3 inch tall, but the internal measurement is 2.75 inch tall and hence to bake a 3 tier cake, I have to bake 6 times to get the height I want - twice for each size. If I knew of all these problems, and I was been misinformed by what has been published, I would not have paid such high price for these baking tins. Very disappointed!

I bought 2 of these last week - i needed new pans for making pork pies - i make about 6 large pork pies every year and removing drom the pan has always been a problem. I did grease and line the bottom - its alot of effort to go to and it go wrong. And da da it came out beautifully. It really is a picture. Then having thrown away the packaging and not reading the instructions, i shoved it in the dishwasher ready for the next use. Imagine hiw disappointed i was to see a rather strangly marked pan comd out. Now i dont mind how it looks but will it still have all non stick properties

I can't say how disappointed I am with the two push pans I bought about three weeks ago. I have a small cake business and bake about ten- twelve cakes a week. I thought the tins would save me having to line every time I bake. Every time I use them I find myself having to slide a long spatula underneath, even though I have lightly oiled them as suggested. If I don't do this, there is always a large chunk of cake stuck to the base. I find this especially bad with moist cakes such as those containing polenta/cornmeal. I have found that I have to line the base every time now.

I bought this pan after I made a cake which has a runny batter and it ended up on the bottom of the oven. I found it gave a great result no leaking and it is VERY easy to get the cake out of the tin. I am planning on buying another 2 for my wedding cake.
