I have been using my usual teaspoon and tablespoons for measuring up to now, but realised that for some recipes it just won't do. So I bought this set and I am very pleased with them. Easy to clean and the lovely colours make a nice change and brighten up the kitchen! Great price too, so I can only recommend.

Lovely high quality spoons, no bending or flexing. I checked the measurments and they are fine for UK (some measuring spoons can be out as American and UK seem to differ somehow). I love the fact that I can see the 1tsp instantly in the draw and so there's no scrambling around. Great spoons - even bourght a set for each of my Gites here in SW France !

I used these spoons for the first time last Saturday. I was in the middle of weighing out ingredients for a Christmas cake, when I realised there was no dessert spoon measure, I know I could use tea spoon size twice, BUT this was for black treacle. To me it was useless having a 7.5ml size, I have never had to use that, why is there not a 10ml size?

A note from the team: Thanks for your review. We've passed on your suggestion to our buying team to consider a 10ml size for the Colourworks measuring spoons.
Quality and value”
These spoons are fantastic! Excellent quality, with a good weight, and the half tablespoon measure is wonderful - no more faffing about trying to measure a teaspoon and a half. I also love the colours. I think these are excellent value! As a slimmer I need extra measuring tools so I'm not always washing up as well as measuring - these really do the job. And at this price I can buy another two or three sets. Thank you, Lakeland.

Very nice, but....”

I recently purchased these having seen them in the catalogue. However, I was surprised to find that the set did not contain a dessertspoon measure. I could not tell that this was missed out from the set from the picture in the catalogue and it simply said the set was one quarter teaspoon to one tablespoon. It means I still need to keep the dessertspoon measure from my old set. Probably would not have bought them had I known. However, they are nice to handle and colourful.

A note from the team: Thanks for your review. As a unit of measurement, a 'dessert spoon' is equivalent to 2tsps or 10ml. We'll pass on a suggestion to our buyers to consider adding a dessert spoon measure to this set. Thanks for your time.
