I bought this because Mary Berry's coffee and walnut tray bake recipe calls for it.in both the cake batter and the icing, Use the quantity specified and it tastes of anything but coffee. Increase the quantity and it tastes bitter but still unlike coffee. I wish I had saved my money and used strong espresso or even instant granules instead!
