Not been disappointed with this purchase. The quality is excellent, a good solid bun tin which will not warp with the heat. I used mine to make mini lemon tarts (pastry shell and lemon curd type filling). No need to bake blind first, I suspect that the tin heats up quickly and retains heat well. No difficulty in extracting them either, but I did take the precaution of placing a "lifting" strip of bakement parchment in each space, before the pastry. Should last for years.

I have almost all the 'My Kitchen' collection and without exception they are excellent. They are all substantial and retain their non stick forever.

I have this in the 12 count deep bun tin and it is absolutely wonderful. The quality of the pan can not be beat. It bakes up so evenly and just easy to clean etc. You wont ever regret this purchase if you make one.
