I have used the Easiyo system for years and never had a failure until it is recently the lemon being one of them. I have contacted the manufacturer and am waiting for them to get back to me.

Some of our other reviewers have suggested adding a tablespoon of previous yoghurt to the start of a new batch and also topping up the container with warmer water to accelerate the process.
