Noticing I could order single sachets and on offer, I gave serious thought to giving it another go. But reading so many poor reviews about the set, which was the reason I stopped buying it, I won't bother. For many years I had no problem with any of the flavours, all set beautifully - then suddenly each one ended up a container of liquid. I have two 'starter kits' sitting on my garage shelf gathering dust. Sorry, just saying.

A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry that the yoghurt has been a disappointment and will be in touch shortly.Because EasiYo yogurt is a 'live' product and contains no thickening agents there is a variation in normal setting times depending on how quickly the temperature changes inside the Yogurt Maker. This depends on whether you live in a warm or cold climate to a small extent and may be more to do with the actual temperature of the water used and the room temperature it sits in to set.
Fruits rather disappointing”
In general I love my easiyo, but I'm finding this fruit pack disappointing. So far not one has set, and I have tried the usual tricks and left it in up to 24 hrs.

We Love Easiyo, and have been making it and eating it for about 3 years. It's so easy to make. This box contains a lovely mix of flavours at a good price, I love the mango Lakeland customer service have been excellent at sorting a previous problem with this product, thank you.

Love easiyo, mango set fine and tasted really nice, lemon did not set, placed it back and left overnight, still did not set and looked awful, was so looking forward to trying the lemon flavour. Hope the other sachets work fine. I always use room temperature water mix well and leave in maker for about 10 hours or longer, if no problems with other sachets will buy again as very good value and so tasty

Gloopy, strange texture”
This was my first experience using Easiyo, and it's not been very positive. I tried the Strawberry first, which set but seemed to separate. I drained some of the whey, but tried to stir in the remainder, which left the yogurt too runny. I then tried Mango, Raspberry and Cherry, altering my method slightly to achieve a better result. Each was disappointing - setting into a gloopy, glue-like consistency, which was difficult to spoon out and unpleasant to eat. The flavour is good, but without a set or creamy texture, it's not particularly nice to eat.

Fantastic yoghurt everytime!”
After reading some of the reviews I had to log on and leave a review of my own. We bought one of these yogurt makers about 3 years ago; my partner lived in New Zealand about 15 years ago and had one then. She couldn't believe they were now available over here. Long story shot, we followed the instructions and it has come out perfect every single time. We even use filtered water from the fridge and never have trouble with it setting. Not hit and miss at all - just 100% perfect yogurt.

Absolutely Fantastic Taste”
Well what can I say about EasiYo Yoghurt just one word BRILLIANT.

I have used Easiyo products for years and have at last converted my husband to eating yogurt with the Bio-Fruit varieties. I rarely have problems with the yogurt not setting, but I always put the pots in the dishwasher to clean them and use filtered water at room temperature, also as another reviewer has said - make sure that the powder is well mixed - a quick Samba around the kitchen usually does it!

After buying this product my family has not bought another shop yoghurt, they are simply amazing. The Lemon does not set as firmly as the other flavours, but my oh my it tastes brilliant, just as they all do. We microwave the water for 30 secs before mixing and leave it to set in an airing cupboard with a towel around it.

Easiyo is yummy originally purchased from another company (won't be making that mistake again pricing does not compare to Lakeland and your customer service is excellent). I love all the flavours in this set especially mango. When we you be able to sale the "drinking yoghurts" ? as i would love to be able to try these too.

Sloppy Unset Yogurt”
by deborah BROOKS
My flavoured yoghurts won't set even after leaving them for 24 hours!!!! Is there some secret that is not in the instructions or are they just not as good as the plain yogurt? Sorry to say, but I am disappointed.

Easi Yo setting time”
I had some problems with the yoghurt setting overnight when the temperature of my kitchen was low. I found that putting extra boiling water in at the start helped. Also insulating the flask a little more i.e. wrapping a thick towel or similar round it, or placing the flask in a warmer place, i.e. airing cupboard. I've found that some mixes do need almost 24 hours to set properly, and it doesn't seem to do it any harm at all.

Having had much success with my easiyo setting I am really disappointed with the setting of this pack.I have been buying individual sachets from my local health food shop and had no probs with them but I decided to get 2 of these variety packs whilst introducing my friend to the starter set. My friend has had great results with her plain yoghurts but for some reason the flavoured box has been terrible the raspberry has been the only one out of 5 to set in the first box and the trend seems to be continuing with the second. How many hours can I leave to set? as so far they've been in up to 16 hours!!!

Disappointed in flavoured ones”
My daughter bought me the starter pack for Christmas & I ordered boxes of different ones to try them&am working through them. Vanilla&plain all excellent, & lemon is delicious with no problems. However I found the other flavoured varieties in this pack didn't set (took 24hrs which spoilt consistency) & taste bland. I wouldn't order this variety pack again and will stick to the various plain&lemon varieties! 5* for Easiyo plain&lemon 3* only for other flavours in this box.

I have been buying this product for several years now after I was given a starter pack for Christmas. I have NEVER had a problem with the setting with ANY flavour and have tried many of them. I think the secret is in following the instructions to the letter, and don't skimp on the mixing. I do the final shake while the kettle is boiling the water for the insulated container.

I've been using Easiyo for ten years now and can honestly say that it has only failed to take on a couple of occasions. It's definately as yummy as all of the major yoghurts on the market with less packaging and a little bit of pride that you made it yourself! It's a hassle for me to get as I live in Guernsey, but worth the effort.

Have been repeatedly delighted with the results using a range of EasiYo mixes. Have found that leaving up to 12 hours as recommended results in set and creamy yoghurt. Leaving it any longer (and it can be left for up to 24 hours acoording to the instructions) have given me a good taste but a gloopy consistency which is not so appealing to my children! Otherwise I highly recommend this yoghurt making system!

Like some of your customers, I have experienced the 5 Bio-fruit variety not setting. Not wanting to throw the liquid away, I refilled the jar with boiling water and left it again for another 8 hours. It did set this time. Also yesterday's lot was still liquid this morning, so I have repeated the process. It does mean double the setting time, but saves throwing the mixture away.

Out of the box, Rasberry, Strawberry and Cherry did not work, I used tepid water and wrapped a towel round the unit, all to no avail. I ended up with a tub of liquid all three times. Very disappointed as Rasperry and Strawberry are my childrens favourite. Waste of money in my honest opinion.

As a new customer of Easiyo I was disappointed to find that the strawberry and raspberry yoghurts did not set. I emailed Easiyo direct who were very helpful and said it could be due to the colder weather and to try tepid not cold water. All my batches since have been perfect!!!
