I love this yoghurt as does my 2 year old grand daughter who prefers it to milk on her cereal. I don't add sugar to it, I use it with fresh fruit, cereal, the oaty breakfast sw style, cake instead of pouring cream, in curries, instead of custard and on its own or as a dressing. I use cold water to mix it with and cocktail shake it before adding extra water to it. Boiling water to go into the flask - it must be boiling not just off the boil & make sure you screw the flask lid on as well so nothing escapes into it etc ... I allow 12 hours for it to set and put it in the fridge to cool down
