"Not Quite Right"

I've been making the Greek Style ever since I started making EASIYO. Until now I've had successful batches, thick and creamy with that yogurt tang. Sadly my last two batches have been thinner (the first was pouring consistency) and milder in taste. I haven't varied my method so I am at a bit of a loss as to what to do. I won't give up but I am just a bit disappointed.

Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry the last two batches of yogurt haven't been successful. We'd recommend topping up the flask with warm water mid way through the setting. As we've had a cold snap recently it could be the ambient temperature of the room that could be causing the issues. We hope this helps.
